Information we collect
- Account identity provided through Sign in with ChatGPT, including name and email address.
- Text submitted for voice generation, selected voice settings, usage totals and credit balance.
- Authorised reference recordings, voice metadata and generated audio saved to your private account.
- Payment order references, pack, amount and payment status. Card, bank and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by us.
- Name, email, topic and message submitted through our Contact Support form.
How we use information
We use this information to provide voice generation, secure downloads, account credits, payment verification, customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information or publish private recordings.
Service providers
Information is shared only when necessary to operate the service: ElevenLabs processes text and voice requests, Razorpay processes payments, and our hosting provider stores application records and private audio. Each provider processes information under its own terms and security controls.
Retention and deletion
Account, generation and transaction records are retained while needed for the service, safety, accounting and legal obligations. Contact requests may be retained for up to 24 months. Users can delete personal voice recordings from their library. A deletion request can be submitted through the Contact page.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data through our Contact Support form. Some payment and security records may need to be retained where required by law.
Children
The service is not intended for children to purchase or clone voices independently. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by anyone who cannot legally consent.
Security and updates
We use account ownership checks, private storage and server-side usage controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
