Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase when the paid credits have not been used. We will also investigate duplicate charges, an incorrect charged amount, or a captured payment where credits were not delivered.
Non-refundable cases
A pack is normally non-refundable once any paid credit from that pack has been used to generate or download audio. Free credits, promotional credits, completed AI generations and dissatisfaction caused only by user-provided text or settings are not redeemable for cash.
Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails or is not captured, no paid credits are added. Banks or payment providers may temporarily show a pending debit; such amounts are generally reversed by the provider. Submit a support request if the status does not resolve.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact Support form and select Payment or refund. Include the account email, Razorpay payment or order reference, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords.
Processing time
We aim to review complete requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–7 business days, subject to the bank or payment provider.
