Credit pack delivery
After Razorpay confirms and captures a successful payment, the purchased credits are added to the signed-in customer account. Delivery is normally completed within a few minutes and is visible in the studio credit balance.
Generated audio delivery
When generation completes successfully, the audio player and download link appear inside the customer's account and Generation History. Generation time depends on script length, provider availability and usage limits.
No physical shipping
No courier, postal delivery, tracking number or shipping fee applies. The website's Pricing page shows all currently offered digital packs.
Delivery problems
If captured payment credits do not appear within 24 hours, submit a Contact Support request with the payment reference. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card number or banking password.
