1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your signed-in account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Purchases must be made by an adult or by a person legally authorised to pay.
2. Permitted use
You may generate voiceovers for lawful personal, educational or commercial work when you hold all required rights. A voice may be uploaded or cloned only when it is your own voice or you have clear, documented permission from the speaker.
3. Prohibited use
- Fraud, impersonation, scams or misleading identity claims.
- Non-consensual cloning, harassment, threats or unlawful discrimination.
- Deceptive political content or fabricated statements attributed to a real person.
- Copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights violations.
- Attempting to bypass security, credits, rate limits or payment controls.
4. AI output
AI audio may contain pronunciation, translation or factual errors. You must review every output before publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated audio will be suitable for a particular purpose.
5. Credits and payments
Paid packs are one-time prepaid digital credits, not recurring subscriptions. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Credits are attached to the purchasing account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
6. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify or temporarily limit the service to protect users, providers or platform stability. Features, voices and limits may change, but purchased credits will remain recorded subject to these terms and applicable law.
7. Suspension
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, non-consensual voice use, chargebacks or attempts to damage the service. Where reasonable, we will allow the user to contact support and explain the issue.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user to Hindustan Voice AI during the six months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights.
